Integrated Management Systems Policy

As a company aiming to compete in the global market and to be preferred and recommended by its customers, Koleksiyon Mobilya adopts the protection of natural resources and the environment, the efficient use of energy, and the provision of a healthy and safe working environment for its human resources as fundamental principles in all its processes.

Koleksiyon Mobilya's Integrated Management Systems cover the standards ISO 9001, ISO 10002, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001, and ISO/IEC 27001, and the core values of Koleksiyon’s Management Systems Integrated Policy have been established as follows:

• To identify and respond to the evolving needs and expectations of our customers by providing appropriate solutions,
• To view quality as a whole that exceeds expectations in both products and services and to differentiate ourselves in the market,
• To manage all types of customer feedback and internal reports using our infrastructure and human resources through an accessible, responsive, customer-focused, transparent, and objective approach,
• To maintain continuous and effective communication with our customers, employees, suppliers, and society to ensure satisfaction,
• To continuously improve the performance of our processes and Integrated Management System through regular audits and reviews based on profitability, efficiency, and effectiveness,
• To prioritize the use of environmentally friendly, recyclable materials and energy-efficient technologies that pose minimal harm to human health and the environment in product and process design,
• To use energy-efficient products and services from the design stage, to develop energy-saving projects, and to explore alternative sources to increase energy efficiency,
• To reduce waste at the source, promote segregation, prevent pollution, and ensure the recovery of recyclable waste; and, where recovery is not possible, to dispose of waste in compliance with applicable regulations,
• To ensure the efficient and effective use and conservation of national and organizational resources as well as natural resources,
• To assess risks in our products, processes, and information assets in terms of environmental, energy, occupational health and safety, and information security management systems; to identify potential impacts in advance and implement risk management strategies to eliminate or minimize such risks,
• To identify and manage risks at their source that may cause occupational accidents or diseases during our activities,
• To develop and maintain business continuity processes and plans to ensure the continuity of our critical business operations,
• To protect our corporate information assets in accordance with the principles of confidentiality, integrity, and accessibility, and to ensure their continuity,
• To continuously improve our established information security control objectives through regular audits and reviews,
• To establish systems for managing information security breaches and take appropriate measures to prevent recurrence,
• To ensure that our human resources are aware of this policy through training, and to promote their continuous development and active participation,
• To accept the requirements of the management systems we implement, as well as local and national legislation, standards, and other compliance obligations, as minimum standards and to set an exemplary and leading position in the furniture industry.
